Starting a Page from an Existing Link
The easiest way to create a new page is to click on a link to a page that doesn't yet exist. Whenever you see a link in orange, it denotes a page that does not yet exist. This will automatically take you into edit mode and you can add content to the empty page.
The most wanted pages list is a good place to start.
Creating a New Page From Search Results
If no link to the page you want to create exists, first search for the exact title in the search box in the lefthand sidebar. Please search the Financial Glossary before creating an article to avoid duplicating an existing one, which may have a different name or spelling.
1. Enter in the exact term you are looking for in the search box.
2. Hit "Go."
3. If the page does not exist, the search results will say "No page with that title exists."
4. Scan the "Article title matches" list to check if a similar or alternative term already has a page.
5. If you do not find any similar pages, go ahead and click "Create an article with this title" to begin creating a new page.
6. When you're done adding content, hit the "Save page" button to create the page.
