Revision as of 10:58, 26 August 2009
A company wanting to list its shares on a stock exchange has to satisfy certain initial requirements set by the exchange. Market value, revenues, the number of shareholders and the size of profits have to be above a certain minimum level. After the shares start trading the company has to continue to meet other standards; if not it will be de-listed.
